Kate-
Kate’s Thoughts for Food Founder is Kate, a mother and military wife, who loves to cook and always dreamed of opening her own bakery or restaurant.  Because her husband’s position requires her family to move frequently, she wanted to share her love of cooking and fresh food-no matter where her family was living.  She created Kate’s Thoughts for Food to help other families plan their weekly meals without making unnecessary trips to the grocery store and being stuck with unhealthy, processed ingredients. 
Alfred Kee - 


A busy IT professional with a passion for good food and photography, Alfred lives in the Toronto suburb of Richmond Hill, Ontario with his wife and one year old daughter.  He grew up in Vancouver, and has traveled the world extensively for both leisure and business.  He brings his joy of food with him wherever he travels, and his favourite meals when he travels are usually the simple local cuisine unique to the geography is is visiting.  At home he focuses on his own cooking based on fresh local ingredients that are as much as possible traditionally raised and grown and organic where he feels necessary.  He hopes to share his recipes and experiences with trying the best to eat, cook and live in a healthy and sustainable manner.
